AuthenticationSupport service missing. Cannot authenticate request in AEM 5.6.1

Hi Team,

I am facing this problem in 5.6.1 version. We cleared the index files and we restarted again the system . But still I am seeing the same problem. Even logs also not giving much info except below logs while restarting the server. Any suggestion how we can recover the instance.

Note : Not able to start the Apache Felix EventAdmin .

I am able to bring the instance up by starting the event admin bundle.
