AEM edit dialog looses fields when opened in responsive browser

We have touch-ui dialog with  fields
1.Textfield
2.Multifiled.

When we enter values and reopen dialog values are retained when we reduce size of the browser (1023 or smaller) values are beling lost and in console below error is displayed.

clientlibs.js:166 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'editor' of undefined

Expected:

Dialog opens full screen with same info as when the browser if full size
Actual:
The dialog opens full screen with no categories filled in
