AEM CLOUD ACL_Permission issue- not able to upload package

Hi All, I have created a group in aem dev env. i have added the user to that group i have given the below permission to that group . /etc. allow. JCR: all /conf allow JCR:all /content allow jcr:all they are able to create a package with this permission. but they are not able to upload the package. AEM Version - AEM Cloud

Can you check the effective permissions for these users? Depending on ordering it could be that a membership on another group is checked later which effectively overwrites this permission.

You mean that a member of this group is not able to upload a content package into this specific environment? Or is it rather that the member of that group cannot *install* that content package?

yes, members of that group are not able to upload any package using the package manager.

I have given below access to that group.
