AEM Assets - Metadata Schema Editor - Issue on save

Hi guys, i'm working on a client where they have created an overlay of The Metadata Schema Editor in order to add their custom properties.

Sometimes, when they try to make a bulk edition of a set of images and when they use "Save" instead of "Save & Close". The page is reloaded with the message

"There is no content to display.

If you have manually refreshed the page,

please go back and select asset/s to be edited."

And  in the log i'm seeing only this exception

libs.dam.gui.components.s7dam.dmrenderconditions.assettyperendercondition.assettyperendercondition$jsp Cannot find the asset path.

any idea?

When they overlayed this part of the AEM code base - what did they do? The error may be the result of the overlay changes.

Hi, they added a custom code in

/apps/dam/gui/coral/components/admin/metadataeditor/formresourcefinder.jsp

and the tab definition

/conf/global/settings/dam/adminui-extension/metadataschema/custom/.content.xml
