AEM 6.5.14 || AMS || Dispatcher || Cache not getting cleared for vanity Urls with sub-folder structure

Hello community members,

We are facing an issue with the cache not getting cleared in the dispatcher for vanity URLs with sub-folder structures like www.abc.com/cars/bmw

www.abc.com/insurance/life-insurance

Simple vanity urls like www.abc.com/bmw  are working fine and the dispatcher configuration is in place.

@shams31

what is your expectation?

The vanity URL is usually a redirect to an actual content. The cached content from dispatcher will be cleared if new content is published. Isn't it working that way?

Hi @shams31  Can you please explain it in more details what exactly is not working?

As vanity URLs are kind of rewrites, actual page will be only purge when the page is published or purged via dispatcher flush agent.
