Adobe Experience platform when download files which shown generating zip file but no response

HI

 

Im using Adobe Experience platform when download files which shown generating zip file but no response

even 2 files or over hundreds files , the old version platform do not have this issue anyone can can help???

Please refer to the documentation -https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/download-assets-from-aem . Once the Zip file is generated a notification will be sent to the AEM inbox. Click the bell icon and select the inbox at the bottom. Your Zip file will be displayed in the inbox. Select the file and click Open to download.

Hi @alvinta ,

 

  1. Ensure that your internet connection is stable. Test downloading with a different network or device to rule out connectivity issues.
  2. Try downloading one smaller file.
  3. Clear your browser's cache and cookies, or try using a different browser or incognito mode to eliminate browser-related issues.
  4. Since system resources and server-side issues can’t be checked by the end user, it’s best to raise Adobe Support ticket. Provide them the screenshots, or any relevant information about the issue to get assistance on server-side performance or configuration.

By following these steps, you can either resolve the issue or escalate it to Adobe for further investigation.

    Few immediate troubleshooting questions,

     

    Could it be a popup blocker with the browser that you are using for the Adobe website you are on?

    Does download work in another browser?

    Does download work for a non-Adobe website.

    Does the download work for a single file?

    Does a different user on the same site have a similar issue or could it be just the user you are using?

    Does the system admin or someone with higher privileges download singe, multiple files?
