Hi @AlvinTa ,
By following these steps, you can either resolve the issue or escalate it to Adobe for further investigation.
Thanks,

Few immediate troubleshooting questions,
Could it be a popup blocker with the browser that you are using for the Adobe website you are on?
Does download work in another browser?
Does download work for a non-Adobe website.
Does the download work for a single file?
Does a different user on the same site have a similar issue or could it be just the user you are using?
Does the system admin or someone with higher privileges download singe, multiple files?

Please refer to the documentation -https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/assets/manage/do... . Once the Zip file is generated a notification will be sent to the AEM inbox. Click the bell icon and select the inbox at the bottom. Your Zip file will be displayed in the inbox. Select the file and click Open to download.
