Q. Is there any page available for all Adobe I/O CLI commands?

A. to a point there is https://github.com/adobe/aio-cli  it does not cover 3rd party extensions | If you install it, you can just run aio --help to see them all

Q. Will this framework be available for AEM Forms as a Cloud Service when that is released?

A. yes, you will be able to extend AEM Forms aaCS.

A. it can work across multiple programs.

@gangula2018 - that was an internal git repo and not accessible to external users.

The demo was simplified and published as a sample app here: https://github.com/AdobeDocs/adobeio-samples-aemaacs-assets-custom-ui
