Adobe Campaign EMail (ACS) template does not connect with Campaign

Hi,

I have connect my adobe campaign classic with AEM 6.4. The connection in cloud services is ok.

But in template I dont see information of Adobe campaign enable.

Make sure that you added the Adobe Campaign cloud configuration to your template.

What exact version of AEM 6.4 do you have? Can you try the latest SP? One more test, if you drop the campaign component to your template, something Text and Personalization (Campaign) component, do you see campaign variables?

Thanks for your help. My exact version is Adobe Experience Manager (6.4.3.0). No, I'dont see campaign variable, the button isn't enable .

I dont know why "Missing Adobe campaign webservice config "
