ACS Commons Reporting tool not working, even OOTB reports

Dear Team,

 

The 'ACS Commons Reporting tool' is started giving error from last week. We have not added any custom code. After analyzing even the sample reporting pages also giving same error.

Possible error with the new service packs we have installed. can anyone let me know its a known issue?

Ex: http://localhost:4502/var/acs-commons/reports/sample-page-report.html?wcmmode=disabled

Hi @rsundaram, 

 

Can u please share more details like

  1. Version of ACS
  2. Version of AEM
  3. What error are you seeing in the log?

    Hi @kiran_vedantam - Thanks for your reply.

     

    I give below more details on the issue.

    AEM version: 6.5.11.0

    ACS commons installed version: 4.5.2

    While load the page: http://localhost:4502/var/acs-commons/reports/sample-page-report.html?wcmmode=disabled
