6.5 Content fragment has no option to chose multiple...

I'm using AEM 6.5 service pack 6.5.4.There I don't have the option to chose multiple element in Content Fragment when I try to render it on a page. I'm referring the below attached image there user can chose either multiple element or single element but my one always has single element option.

Any idea highly appreciated.

Please try using core component but not the general one
