Trouble Uploading a Brand Image...

For some reason, I can't seem to upload a brand image to one particular project... 

I am associated with a number of accounts.

I can upload Brand Images in other projects within other accounts.

I can upload THIS particular brand image to another account.

However,

I can't upload ANY image, as a brand image to this one particular project. 

Any suggestions?

That sounds like a problem with the project. I would call Adobe Support.
