preflight "in progress" since yesterday afternoon

Been getting this for almost 24hrs at this point.  We have been making a number of changes to our layouts and cards. 

is anybody else having a similar issue or just our account?

we contacted our account person and they were able to get it up and running.

happens all the time... especially when you flood the account with a tonne of back issues..........
