I recently submitted my app to Apple for approval and it was rejected, this time because the binary allows a feature to restore "previously purchased In-App Purchase products"; however, in iTunes Connect I have something setup in the In-App Purchases, and the price of the app is set to free.
Here is the message from apple:
Restoring In-App Purchase
We found that your app includes a feature to restore previously purchased In-App Purchase products.
It would be appropriate to revise your binary to remove this feature.
For more information about In-App Purchase "purchasability types," please refer to the In-App Purchase Configuration Guide for iTunes Connect
Below are two screenshots they sent me of the problem.

Are you saying that your app does not have any in-app purchasing set up? If so, I would suggest rebuilding your app. The last release of DPS 2015 included fix that suppresses the "Restore Purchase" option if the app does not offer purchases. Nathan,
I am having trouble uploading the new version of my app to iTunes Connect through the Application Loader. I will attach a screenshot of the error report. It seems to be something with the versioning of the app on itunes connect, but I don't believe I have any control over that when I am just trying to upload a new version.
