Android HTML Rendering Issues

Avatar

Level 2

My team and I are in the process of creating both an iOS and an Android application, with interactive HTML content.

I have been able to make HTML articles and upload them fine, and these articles look good in the iOS application on iOS devices.

My problem is that the HTML articles are not being displayed correctly in our Android application. On the mobile Chrome browser the article displays fine, but when I open up the Android application the content is almost none existent in the HTML article.

Hi Hayden,

Can you send me an email (neile at adobe.com)? I'll reply with a tool for you to try that will help isolate whether the problem is with the DPS viewer or the underlying HTML.

Thanks,

Neil
