Enhancement Request: Need a provision to add automated UI/Regression Test suites in Cloud Manager Pipeline for better quality control

Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	Need a provision to add automated UI/Regression Test suites in Cloud Manager Pipeline for better quality control.
Use-case:	For ensuring better code and build stability after each deployment, regression tests needs to be conducted as part of the deployment and reports needs to be generated to ensure that the build is stable and do not have critical issues. Since there is no such provision in the Cloud manager to add an automated regression /UI test suite, we are requesting for an enhancement request.
Current/Experienced Behavior:	No provision for adding any automated UI/Regression test suite to Cloud Manager deployment pipeline
Improved/Expected Behavior:	Provision needed to incorporate custom automated  UI/Regression test suite in Cloud Manager deployment pipeline

This has been reported to the engineering under the internal reference SITES-28083. The product team will triage this request to verify feasibility based on the prioritization model. This post will be updated according to Jira's status.
