Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary:	Providing advance notifications and implementing a code validation pipeline for upcoming CM rule updates would be highly beneficial, as it can help mitigate unexpected pipeline failures, such as the one mentioned in the provided link.
Use-case:	Failed pipelines due to sudden CM rule updates
Current/Experienced Behavior:	Pipelines suddenly start failing if they don't comply to CM rules
Improved/Expected Behavior:	A prior notification and separate pipeline to validate code against upcoming updates
