XMLForm.exe terminated abnormally on Windows 2012 svr

We have a new installation of AEM Forms 6.1 / WAS 8.5 / DB2/ Windows 2k12 - it appears that the native forms service particularly is not firing up. initially found through a SOAP calling hitting a short lived process. Later confirmed using FormsIVS. Doesn't seem to be related to CORBA or missing libraries (like in UNIX environments) . Verified that the "D:\\IBM\\WebSphere\\AppServer\\profiles\\Base1\\installedApps\\adobe\\wasdev03\\XMLFormService\\bin\\XMLForm.exe" has complete access for the WAS user.

Please check that websphere global security should not be turned on. Refer to the below link [Point #4] and suggest if that's causing the issue.

I had made sure that the Global security was not required, but the certification option had also needed to be "Supported" not required.
