It seems that your request is yet to be approved.

Do check the spam folder for any emails from adobe with the download link.

I got a mail and install .jar file also but when I double click it on on .jar file its not launch browser page is not open. crx-quickstart in that only logs folder is available.

i have a license key and i have also install jdk 1.8 in my machine.

Can you review the error log for any specific msgs?

You have to specify the run modes[0] while starting an AEM instance. There should be multiple folders created within the crx-quickstart folder so the installation is not complete/done correctly thus you won't see the welcome screen on the browser.
