simple customizable form?

Is there a simple, customizable form that would send an email trigger?

• and we are hoping there's a core component that we could use for it
• the email trigger ideally goes to multiple email addresses
• We'd also like the email to have the form information all included, rather than a simple notification

Are you using AEM Forms? If so it is quite easy to do it

Hi John,

Provided you are using an adaptive form. High-level steps would be:

Create a form, have submit action set to out of the box email submit action. You can have as many email as you want, it can be dynamic as well.

The form data can be sent as an attachment to the email.
