Sample schema(xsd) and dor(xdp) file

I am new to Abode AEM. I am developing form for court. Please provide sample schema(xsd) and dor(xdp) file. In the doc I seen "Ensure that the XML Schema used for XDP Data Connection and Form Template used as Document of Reference has same structure and is always in sync" in AEM 6.0 Forms Help | Creating an adaptive form

Simple check please see if you have Designer or you have AEM forms installed on the server as well. To even give you the URL we should know the type of installation you have.

Forms version: AEM forms 6.4.1(Service pack and forms addon pack)

I am creating forms by using Schema and DOR. I have an only local setup server.
