Form Designer, previously used and need to access again

In the past, I used LiveCycle, and then in 2018, I switched to AEM Form Designer, the standalone version.  I now need to make changes to those forms that were built.  I spoke to an Adobe representative who told me that I should still have access since I paid the $299.  I have proof of purchase, and my account also reflects that I paid.

 

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get help?

Hi,

Have you tried reaching out to Adobe?

If you already have the license, emailing cuscare@adobe.com with your Customer ID (EUID) will also trigger support to get you download links/install access

Alternatively, call +1 800 685‑3644 --> press 2, then 1.

I reached out to Adobe and they referred me to the community for help. I will give that Email a try.  Thanks for the help!
