Hello everyone,

I purchased AEM Designer and I have my serial number. I had to reset my computer and I need to reinstall it. I have called Adobe and they are no help. Does anyone know where I can download it.

You can go to https://experience.adobe.com/downloads and sign in to Software Distribution with your Adobe ID. There you should be able to download your software.

Your Adobe ID should be linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts to download the installer.

When you bought it, Adobe must have sent you an email or some link to download it.
