Are all these components a problem? should they be satisfied or active? how do I go about fixing the configuration?

health check should be from system/console/bundle page. Check bundles in installed and resolved state.

The bundles should be in active state if it's not set to installed state manually.

I would expect most of them in installed to be in active.

Whats the aem forms version you are using?

Also, confirm OS and forms add on package(aemfd package in package manager)
