On Windows 10 Forms Designer Frequently Hangs

hello exerts,

 

On Windows 10, one of our setup of AEM Forms Designer with following machine config is getting hanged and sometimes its not responding at all. The machine configs are:

 

Processor    Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz   3.19 GHz
Installed RAM    8.00 GB
System type    64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Forms Designer - 6.5.0.2xxxxxx

 

Please share your opinion if someone faces similar issue or if there is known issue for forms designer on Windows.

Don't see any major deviations from the expected configuration[0], but is this issue specific to a form? We have seen instances when the application crashes due to a script in the form. 

Otherwise, is there a specific action on the Designer App that is causing this issue?

@hrai please reinstall and apply the latest designer patch. I would expect the designer to cause an issue if you have some script or form with an API call that is causing it to go unresponsive.
