New user cannot log in

Hello,

I created new user  with

Settings > User Management > Users and Groups

on AEM forms add-on running on an OSGi

(Checked Adobe LiveCycle Client SDK configuration, 

Apache Jackrabbit Oak UserConfiguration
Apache Jackrabbit Oak AuthorizableActionProvider)

 

but always message

Username and password do not match

and in log:

Messages collected for this AuthProvider are provided below
- No local user found with UserId [testUserBusiness2] in Domain [DefaultDom]
- No local user found with UserId [testUserBusiness2] in Domain [EDC_SPECIAL]

 

Can anybody help

In case of JEE installation, authorization is handled by JEE UserManagement so it is expected to create the users on JEE side first and then the users are auto synced on the OSGi side at first login. Try to login to the /lc/* urls to sync the users.

Hi Jain,

many thanks to reply. It help, but I still cannot log in into the OSGi part.

I created user under adminui 

login name: useradminui

I can login in adminui

When try to log  in /lc/aem/forms

I get message /libs/fd/fm/gui/content/forms.html' not found

and I can see the user  under /lc/security/users

with id

lcu::DefaultDom::useradminui

Can you help?
