JSON in Adaptive form and AEM workbench

Hi All,

Can we consume json data format directly by an adaptive form  or capture the data of an adaptive form in the form of a json out of the box?

Also is there any ALC/AEM workbench activity which can consume JSON directly?

You can always write a custom workbench step that can consume JSON. Like AEM Workflows - Workbench workflows can be customized.
