Javascript error after migration

Hi, we are migrating our forms from 6.1 to 6.3.  When we are launching our forms in 6.3 we are getting a javascript error that is blocking everything. Can someone help us to identify the root cause ?

Following is the error.

TypeError: Cannot read property 'id' of undefined

This would require a deeper investigation. Can you please open a support case with Adobe enterprise support if you haven't done already?
