Re: User Generated Content neerava - Adobe Experience Manager
Most likely you are using JCR storage (also called JSRP) for UGC. When you have multiple publishers, it is recommended to use MSRP wherein the UGC is stored in a Mongo instance. For more details you can refer to Recommended Topologies for Communities and SRP - Community Content Storage Thanks,Neerav

Re: Why AEM FORMS 6.3 SSO using SPNEGO does not display Workspace? neerava - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
The URI um/login?um_no_redirect=true is only for testing and since you go a message that client successfully authenticated, the test has passed. Also, if you are logged in via sso using /lc/ws, the sso is working fine. I think your system is setup fine for sso.

Re: Process Instances not terminating instantly neerava - Adobe Experience Manager Forms
When a process is marked for termination or suspension, the process would terminate or suspend after the the step which is being currently being executed. This is designed as such so as not to cause any inconsistent state in the system and better handling in a cluster setup.

Looks like there is a mix-up. MySQL is not supported for cluster installs. We'd get the install documentation corrected.

Re: Aem community license required for local instances neerava - Adobe Experience Manager
The tunnel service should be enabled only on Author. Looks like you are trying to access Members console from a publish instance (port 4503 in screenshot). Please try accessing it from Author, it would use tunnel service to fetch users from Publish instance and allow you to manage site users/groups.You can get an idea of all additional features in 6.3 in AEM communities from AEM CommunitiesThese are also available as part of AEM Communities 6.2 Feature Pack 3. The feature pack can be downloaded ...

Please check logs from application server's log file (server.log in case of JBoss turnkey) for any authentication or authorization failure. How did you give the access to Workspace? The users would need to be given Workspace Role via adminui.

Re: LiveCycle and Active Directory resilience neerava - Adobe LiveCycle
Hi Damion,As far as I understand, you are adding two Directory providers in a single LiveCycle domain. One of the directory provider (DC2 and which has a 15 minute delay) overrides the user/groups added by the other. Currently, there is no support in LiveCycle to add a failover domain controller. You can contact Adobe support and they help you file a feature request. Temporarily, you may delete DC2 directory provider from the domain to prevent this but that would not give you any failover advant...
