Interactive communication with Layout fragments is not opening

In AEM 6.5, I have migrated letters from correspondence management to Interactive communication. post migration simple letters are working well however Interactive communication with layout fragment attached is not loading in edit or in preview mode.

I also tried downloading XDP files asnd open it in AEM Designer and Saving and uploading it again but it is still not working.
