Hyperlink not clickable when document is generating from UI

I have made one link as hyperlink and given full URL, while invoking in workbench and saving or viewing in ResultDocument the link is clickable but same document when is getting generated from UI and opened in Adobe acrobat or browser is not clickable.. 

Additional Info: There are config and Integration team, one is responsible to generate data in JSON and send it to Integration team to convert JSON to XML and then send to AEM.

Would appreciate your help to identify the possible reason..

Can you please let me know which AEM forms service are you using and what is the format for the generated output. If would be really helpful if you could share some sample artifacts.
