How can we bring back one handed operation of Acrobat Reader such as Adobe LiveCycle ES4?

How can we bring back one handed operation of Acrobat Reader such as Adobe LiveCycle ES4?  I would like to have one handed operation when viewing .pdf documents, just like my Windows 7 laptop works with Adobe LiveCycle ES4.

If it were obvious and easy to figure out what version of Acrobat Reader I have on the Acer Windows 8 computer I am using I would tell you but alas, it is not.  In fact, Adobe Acrobat Reader does not even show up under a Windows 8 search for "Programs."

One handed operation would go along way toward greater productivity and enjoyment.  Why not bring it back?

Are you referring to the single key accelerators to access tools? This is configurable from General preferences section under preferences in Acrobat/Reader.
