Create button is not enabling while creating new basic form

Hi Team,

I was trying   to create new  basic  form  by providing title and name i was supposed to click Create button observed like Crete button is not enabling below is screen shot for same which i have tried and i saw error.log file as well nothing is printing as error.

Can some one help here to create basic ADF form.

You need to select the custom theme for the adaptive form and use a default theme, as per the screenshot. Probably that's the reason you don't see the create button.

I am not able to see the any theme to select below is screen shot

As a workaround i have  removed disable class like below

how to fix permanently.

Do you have aemfd package installed on this set-up?

Seems to be some problem with the set-up.

@manikanthar1295 You don't have the basic theme/sample package installed. Share email Id I will share one with you.
