Convert AS400 Spool file ->PDF & TIFF

We have a requirement to do the below in AEM from a AS400 Spool File(Printer File - containing documents related to all policies issued in a day. ~600 policies comprising ~5000 pages of document) in PDF format. Let me know if it is feasible using any of AEM Modules.

1. Split documents related to each policy
2. Convert each policy document into PDF & TIFF
