Trying to find basic information on cost of AEM website? License/development costs, etc? Who can help? Getting dead ends trying to reach Adobe.

I have used livecycle designer for 10 years unsuccessfully.  They don't know what to do.  they are for corporate accounts only now.  their product doesn't work but it sure keeps a lot of people employed, inside and outside the company.  forget it if you want a straight forward answer. Their organization is awful and it is reflected in their help website.  Search "Please wait for the loading or upgrade Reader."  there is no answer, from across the globe.  Adobe is an abortion.
