If you use Workbench you also use the Adobe Designer. The link here is a very simple example of a dynamic table that breaks onto follow on pages. I hard-coded the number of lines in the Binding section of Row1. Important is that you change the Page subform (Page1 here) to Subform - Content Flowed (Top to Bottom) and Allow Page Breaks within Content. The rest should be done with the Table object.
