Accessing AEM forms as a cloud service.

We are a business and want to set up Adobe Experience Manager Forms Cloud Service for our business.

We have already filled the form at this link:

but the response is still awaited.

It would be of great help if we could be guided on how do we get access to and set up Adobe Experience Manager Forms Cloud Service and what would be the further steps necessary for setting up the service for our business.

How do we contact them ? We only have a adobe ID and as mentioned in the question we have also filled the form at the given link.

It would be of great help if we could be provided email of Adobe Experience Forms Team, so that we can communicate our requirements to them.
