@Jineet_Vora Thanks for putting this together. This is a very clear and practical walkthrough of how the AI Agents fit into real AEMaaCS workflows. I especially like how you broke each agent down by actual use cases rather than just feature descriptions which makes it much easier for teams to understand where to start. The scenarios around content ops and governance feel particularly relevant right now as more orgs are trying to scale personalization while keeping compliance tight.

Curious about your experience:
Which agent do you see teams adopting first in real implementations, and is there a common “quick win” use case that helps them build early confidence with AI-driven workflows in AEM?

@kautuk_sahniThanks for your thoughtful question!!

From a developer’s perspective, I see the Development Agent being adopted early especially for troubleshooting issues in the Cloud Manager pipeline. Its ability to analyze failure causes and provide actionable recommendations streamlines deployment and builds quick trust in AI-driven operations.

For content-focused teams, the Content Update skill from the Experience Production Agent stands out. Many enterprises run their content ops through Jira, and this agent’s ability to autonomously update AEM content based on Jira tickets saves tons of manual effort. Importantly, it keeps human validation in the loop before publishing, addressing compliance and governance concerns.

Both use cases deliver near-instant “quick wins” by reducing repetitive work and helping teams get confident with automation. In my experience, starting with these approachable scenarios often leads to wider exploration of the other agents (like Governance and Content Optimization) as teams see how AI can enhance workflows across AEM.
