


Hello - We are experiencing a problem with search results not showing up in the AEM Assets Cloud Brand Portal.
The team confirmed the items we were searching for did exist by navigating the folder structure, but search did not yield any results. In addition, the usage of standard search parameters such as * and & do not work either.
Also, search results are working great in the Author environment, so this problem is definitely isolated to just the Brand Portal.
Any suggestions on how to diagnose and fix would be greatly appreciated.

Are you able to reproduce this search results behaviour on a different browser?
If yes, please open a support ticket via Admin Console to report this issue to our concerned team. (after proper troubleshooting)
