Scene7 with Illustrations. AI and EPS loses to SVG?

Hi dear community,

i am not sure how this behavior comes to be, but our Illustration AI and EPS files don't work as well with the scene7.
We have all our logos and illustrations in an EPS or an AI file format.
These formats seem to have a bit of trouble when it comes to a correct output on scene7.
It looks like the CMYK gets interpreted as RGB instead of being converted into RGB.
Also... the transparency is lost ;(

Here is an example:
SVG: Looks great, transparency works. But none of our files are in SVG Format.

EPS (original file): Color is wrong (probably because it is a CMYK EPS file), transparency is gone

In addition, i have tried again to add additional EPS files to try different RGB and CMYK settings. but these new files give me this link:

Should look like this: https://s7e5a.scene7.com/is/image/medi/WoC-signet-new-example-eps-cmyk

AI: Does not work at all as a scene7 link.
URL looks like this: https://s7e5a.scene7.com/is/image/Scene7IPSUI/AdobeIllustrator?
Should be this: https://s7e5a.scene7.com/is/image/medi/WoC-signet-example-ai-cmyk?fmt=png8-alpha but says image not found.
Even when the asset is published to AEM.

Is there a way to get this to work properly or is the scene7 not equipt to handle EPS and AI files?
