Reg- user and groups permission

Hi All,

I had a requirement from the business that a particular user needs to have access to move the pages and images in site-admin and dam-admin respectively. Kindly help me in setting the particular permission.

In the above user is not allowed to delete the pages and images in site-admin and dam-admin respectively.
