I went through the above document and seems like .HEIC file format is unsupported for asset viewing.
Our creative team wants to upload such files in DAM but unfortunately the opened file gives an empty view. Is there a way or an extension that can support .HEIC image format?
p.s. our instance is under AMS

@VidyotmaRo Currently as there is no support for HEIC files, your creative team should be able to change them to JPEG before uploading.
Do you know which creative tool, they might be using.
I would suggest to avoid third-party extensions for these as there might be security issues with them.

Hi @gkalyan ,
Our marketing team uses InDesign. However, we also have Image Magick embedded in AEM as a custom implementation for generating renditions. I was wondering if maybe Image Magick could help in this case if not ootb DAM.
