Training in Marketing Cloud

Hello team!

I'm studying a marketing program at UCLA Extension and I wondered about the possibility of training, certifications, conferences or "how-to" sessions that you might be having in L.A. to get a complete understanding of how to fully operate the Adobe Marketing Cloud. I've been using the Creative Cloud programs since CS2 and really think that what you guys have here is a world of possibilities. Also, just curious, do you take interns?
