How do I submit book ideas to Adobe?

I"m a Microsoft and Adobe Partner. I'd like to write a book about integrating the experience cloud with the Microsoft cloud platform? How do I pitch and proposal to Adobe to do that? I was thinking the first three books might be these:

1. Effective Marketing using Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics 365

2. Managing your Digital Estate with Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Azure.

3. Self-Service BI using Adobe Analytics and PowerBI
