How do I get access to cloud resources?

Avatar

Level 1

I wasted hours trying to understand what should I do to get access to experience-cloud.

I have Adobe ID. Getting this error:

----------

It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts

Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support.

----------

There is no Org Administration. Enterprise support lead to filling form that lead to no results.

It suppose to be very simple. Take five minute on any other platform.

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards,

Gilad.

Hi Gilad,

I have pulled up your account and see that you have now been given access to what you were requesting, can you please confirm?

Thanks!

Gilad,

Sorry to hear about the trouble that you had. Can you message the name of the cloud you are trying to get access to? And also your email address please? See if I can get this straightened out for you.

Thanks!

Gilad,

I am also showing this is connected on my end. Do you have access to what you need now or do you need us to dig in deeper here?

Hi @Kenelson2, I got this error, too. I want to reach and test adobe experience cloud products. I don't have any Org Administrator. I filled all forms and called all support phones of adobe and partner companies. But I don't get any help. Can you help me, please?
