Either Cloud Admin need to give an access your email id which is registered on AIMS (Adobe Identity Management System) or your org is registered domain in AIMS, so your company id will become federated id. Federated ID will work same as Company Portal Login Page.
Please contact the administrator in your organization who manages user accounts and permissions in Admin Console. They will then have to set up your account and assign you required permissions.
Since, this query is regarding Adobe ID, please select 'Personal Account' while logging in to Experience Cloud.
This should resolve the issue.
