How can I generate MCID at server side

Hi,

I'm planning to move away from tracking at client side to server side. How can I generate MCID at server-side.

Here is my scenario:

I have an event pipeline implemented at my client that would send data to one of our event pipeline. At event pipeline, I would again format the data and send it to Adobe. At this time I need a MCID, would I be able to generate MCID at server and send it to Adobe?

Note that I do not want to go with Standard Implementation with DTM as well.

There isn't an option to generate an MCID server-side.
