Can we customize the AEM cloud sonar rules ?

Is there a way we can configure the code quality rule on AEM as cloud  ?

For example can we lower the minimum code coverage from 50 % to 20 %. 

Also is there any jar available to import sonar rule of AEM as cloud our custom sonar setup ?

You can override the code coverage (if needed) but not recommended.
