Where to give feedback about Admin Console?

Hello friends! Where, on the Experience League, can we give feedback about the Admin Console and related topics? I'd like to give feedback about the removal of 2-factor-authentication via third-party apps but don't know where to put it. Thank you!

Hi @FrederikWerner,

I think you can try one of below options:

  • First of all you can share feedback using form available on Admin Console. Simply sign in to Admin Console and on main screen you should see Share feedback about this page, which will open feedback form.

  • You can share your feedback raising Idea via Experience League Community - I think that Adobe Experience Cloud section will be good place for that. In general all Ideas are reviewed by Adobe employees.
  • You can try to raise Adobe Support ticket - this maybe will not be fully sufficient option - but I believe it could be considered as some communication channel with Adobe.
  • Last but not least you can contact Adobe Customer Success Engineer that is assigned to your organization, and share your feedback directly.
