Adobe solicito devolución de dinero.

Compré la suit por un mes en setiembre de 2018 y nunca funcionó correctamente, lo compré para tres PC y en ninguna, solo problemas, había que desinstalar a cada rato ufff, un problema.

Dejé de usarlo y tiramos la toalla a las dos semanas y recién me doy cuenta que se han estado cobrando de manera automática, me parece un abuso por parte de ellos, les envié un correo y me responden diciendo que el correo no llegó, que lo haga desde Outlook y no se que historias raras, no tengo outlook, en fin no se como hacer para que me devuelvan mi dinero.
