I'm preparing for the AEM DevOps certification, and I'm struggling to find structured and comprehensive learning resources. I've come across a few tutorials and articles, but nothing that provides a clear, cohesive path to mastering the material.

I recently wrote about this topic. Please check out this link: https://www.oshyn.com/blog/adobe-certification-tips. Specifically for DevOps, I would recommend reading (at least) everything related to Cloud Manager. This was the main focus during my certification exam last year.
